Sometimes we laugh so hard, we cry. Other times we cry because we can’t contain the sadness within us. So in both extremes, we cry.

But the effect after is a sigh of relieve.

I will miss being happy but I will never miss being sad. The only group of people that could really make me laugh till I cry would be my family. I really miss those times.

Times when honesty prevails. And no one was judgmental. Everyone could say whatever they wanted to.

Minimize the pain

Sometimes we feel we know best. But do we? We hurt people we love because we thought it was for their own good. But if it was for their own good, why would it make them feel so bad?

Perhaps we should just represent ourselves and act on what we feel it’s for our own good and not act noble and say it is for their own good. After all, if it was for their own good, then it’s for them to decide what’s best. We can only live in the present. Let the future worry for itself.

Spinning clockwise or anti-clockwise.

I know this is not new. But I take pride in my ability to make it spin any direction I want. Though I must admit, clockwise is way easier than anti-clockwise.

If clockwise, then you use more of the right side of the brain and vice versa.

As I was collecting information for my marketing plan, I realized why we are still considered a ‘developing’ nation. I can only comment on behalf of our healthcare industry. We are still living in ‘when not bad is good enough’ situation.

Everyone is just too afraid to change, too afraid to take the lead. Our leaders could play important roles in bringing about a paradigm shift in our healthcare sector.

As long as everything is status quo and nothing is deteriorating, we’ll be fine –> This has to change.

I’ve heard of friends saying our neighbour down south look down upon us. I detest that notion. But when I think about it, I do, to a certain extend, feel we are better off compared to some other countries. In that light, if we are mistakenly thought of as a less advanced nation, it is understandable. It’s all about perception. We just need to knock some sense into them when opportunities arise. But of course we should not be acting like the pot calling the kettle black.

I believe in terms of QOL, we are very much the same. After all, we should not miss what we never had.

Though contradicting to what I feel our healthcare sector needs, I stand by this saying.

Me lost me pride. Me ego died. Me desperately need ego booster.

So I went quotes shopping. And found some nice ones.

I was skeptical when I saw a Muslim friend posted this on her wall. More so because she was pious and married with kids. But now, she has my utmost respect for the courage to post this on her wall.
